Artwork
- Must be supplied in electronic vector format (Adobe or CorelDraw).
- All text and lines should be converted to curves, in order to reproduce your design exactly.
- Artwork will be charged as a quote.
- PhotoArt clients must supply the correct images always in high resolution.
If you do not have a professional artist to do your artwork, we can help, simply contact us and we will provide a pro design, and a quote from your sketch.
Prices
Due to the price fluctuation of raw material metal, please consult our website for updated prices where applicable.
New accounts and terms
A 25% deposit for the first order is required. (The balance is C.O.D.(cash on delivery)) Terms applicable to established customers are net 30 days. Late fees may apply on all late payments.
Overruns and underruns
Due to the nature of our business, we reserve the right to ship up to 5% over quantities ordered and invoiced accordingly.
Tools
All dies, molds, transparencies, etc… will remain at the factory; otherwise, the clients will incur additional charges to carry away.
Samples
Finished samples are produced at their initial cost plus(+) set-up or die charges and are charged if applicable. Any sample charges will be refunded against the approved order. *This excludes printed setups.
Delivery
After art approval between 3 days and 4 weeks (see where indicated). Contact us for more information on delivery and possible delays.
Return
A written authorization must be obtained from our factory before goods can be returned. Contact us for more details.
Reduction in size
Due to our manufacturing process there is a shrinkage of metal (3-5%) from our sample to the production pieces.
Quantities not listed
Orders for larger or smaller quantities than those listed require a special quotation. Contact us for a quote on your project.
Rush orders
All rush orders must first be approved by our factory. Contact us and we will be glad to help.
Special projects
For special projects, please contact us directly. We can handle the most complex projects, and keep in mind we also produce products in 3d.

We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays, unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of the order. We will never use your images to resell through our online catalog, unless under agreement.

Minimum charge
Please note there may be a minimum order charge on all orders. Orders +2500 larger in quantity will require a minimum deposit of 25%, plus (+) cost of mold.
